"This property was very clean, parking was perfect, the staff were very courteous, but the problem was there were very few staff, and it was impossible to find them during the day. The hotel backs onto a river, which was the perfect background noise for sleeping. The amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, and other little extras were nonexistent. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill.
