"We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this lovely property. It was at the end of a quiet road and not overlooked. The pool was a great size and we used it every day to cool down. So many pretty places to see and only about 30 minutes from the beach nearest beach. The villa was "

"The big surprise plus was the salt water pool Loved that. A big long pool deep enough to dive was great so lots of competitions between the families - including boules and ping pong. We were 11. The other thing was a/c in all the rooms if you wanted it. Though we didn’t need it. Fabulous outdoor kitchen was a big bonus too. Two other large tables for us all and lots of quiet corners with a table to read a book or sit in the sun. I love a fridge that has ice on tap Lovely owners too. We all had...

"This is a fantastic villa, well equipped for a comfortable stay in a stunning location. We really enjoyed the area - swimming and paddle boarding in the lake and cycling. Bauduen is a small village, very pretty with restaurants to enjoy. I really recommend this villa if you like the quiet life - hopefully we will return!"

"Le domaine est très agréable, arboré et avec des activités pour toute la famille (tennis, piscine et maison des jeunes). La maison de nos hôtes est pratique et tout le nécessaire y est. Plein de petits coins cosy pour se reposer. Je termine par le meilleur : les hôtes. Ils sont charmants et plein de bons conseils pour les visites, marchés locaux, restaurants, … Merci encore. "A great villa, very well furnished especially the outside space around a fabulous pool. The property is an excellent size for a family with a great range of equipment. The location is extremely quiet but easy access to the local village of Flayosc which had lovely square and far more restaurants than I thought it would have. We had an amazing time and loved the Villa."
