Villa was exceptionally clean with beach towels, and bath towels, all good quality 👌 description of villa was accurate as seen in photo's. Quiet location some restaurants a few minutes away, thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏 ❤ xx"

"Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. "

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von Michaela sehr genossen. Es war für 4 Personen sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch was Geschirr und Küchenutensilien angeht. Der Hauswart Ralf war auch immer sofort zur Stelle bei Fragen oder wenn mal irgendwas fehlte oder nicht so funktionierte. Den einen Stern weniger in der Gesamtwertung haben wir abgezogen, weil die Lage zwar bezüglich Strandnähe super war, allerdings uns als Hundebesitzer doch etwas mehr Grün in der Umgebung gefreut hätte, auch...

"The property was in a very bad condition. No permanent hot water (boiler not serviced since 2021??), damp spots on the walls, damp smell inside, sockets coming out of the walls, no welcome map with practical info on property and resort, only 2 sunbeds, only 1 outdoor chair, disgusting rusted bathtub, rusted heatings, freezer that was covered with a thick layer of ice, carport still leaking two days after it rained, ... only to name some"

"Not the standard expected poor standard of furniture sink unit unsafe ( water damaged) broken electrical items left in lounge linens shabby marks on rubbish from previous visitors left in utility space needed air con!"

"Very nice house with everything we needed. Enough bedlinnen, towels etc. The wasmachine broke down and Gitte, who is a great lovely host, arranged immediately a new one. Orihuela is great, shopping, bars and a beach especially for dogs. The only thing that we would have like to know is that (in winter) there is no sun in the treaded of the house."
