The GRECALOTTO APARTMENT: is a two-room apartment with sea view in the fantastic complex of Porto Massimo. The flat is located on the ground floor, with easy access and internally recently renovated. Composed of a comfortable living room with kitchenette. The bedroom has a direct exit to the veranda. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for two people. The covered veranda is habitable, ideal for dinners or breakfast overlooking the sea. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and Smart TV. Beach use of the residence is available (1 sunbed + 1 umbrella) subject to availability, 100 meters from the house. A few steps from the flat we have a bar and marina as well as the famous restaurant "La Scogliera" which welcomes its guests from land and sea. Private parking 1 - free (on the front of the residence, subject to availability). Private parking 2 (at the rear of the residence and subject to availability).

From the main access barrier ( See the access point to the Porto Massimo car park ) located at the entrance to the Residence, enter with code 1248E or remote control (key A on entry.  When exiting by car, the barrier opens by itself as you approach). Drive along the coast, park and enter the seafront (green barrier). Past the bar, the gate 'Aguglia 6' ( path to flat ) is on the ground floor, climbing only a few steps halfway up the promenade. Use the code received to unlock the door. Procedure: press padlock symbol + ENTER CODE + padlock. Turn the knob twice clockwise to open. Repeat the sequence to exit and close the door behind you. Once inside, turn the inside knob to lock the door.

An der Hauptzugangsschranke ( Zufahrt zum Parkplatz Porto Massimo ), die sich am Eingang der Residenz befindet, mit dem Code 1248E oder der Fernbedienung (Schlüssel A am Eingang) eintreten.  Bei der Ausfahrt mit dem Auto öffnet sich die Schranke von selbst, wenn Sie sich nähern). Fahren Sie an der Küste entlang, parken Sie und betreten Sie die Strandpromenade ( Grüne Schranke ). Hinter der Bar befindet sich das Tor "Aguglia 6" (Weg zur Wohnung) im Erdgeschoss, das nur wenige Stufen auf halber Höhe der Promenade hinaufführt. Verwenden Sie den erhaltenen Code, um die Tür zu entriegeln. Vorgehensweise: Drücken Sie das Vorhängeschloss-Symbol + ENTER CODE + Vorhängeschloss. Drehen Sie den Knopf zum Öffnen zweimal im Uhrzeigersinn. Wiederholen Sie die Sequenz zum Verlassen und schließen Sie die Tür hinter sich. Wenn Sie drinnen sind, drehen Sie den Innenknauf, um die Tür zu verriegeln.

De la barrière d'accès principale ( Le point d'accès au parking Porto Massimo ) située à l'entrée de la Résidence, entrez avec le code 1248E ou la télécommande (clé A à l'entrée.  Si vous sortez en voiture, la barrière s'ouvre toute seule à l'approche). Longez la côte, garez-vous et entrez dans le front de mer (barrière verte). Après le bar, la porte "Aguglia 6" ( Chemin vers l'appartement ) se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, en montant seulement quelques marches à mi-chemin de la promenade. Utilisez le code reçu pour déverrouiller la porte. Procédure : appuyez sur le symbole LOCK + CODE + LOCK. Tournez le bouton deux fois dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre pour l'ouvrir. Répétez la séquence pour sortir et fermer la porte derrière vous. Une fois à l'intérieur, tournez le bouton intérieur pour verrouiller la porte.
