Apartement with terrace and splendid sea view

Surrounded by vineyards, 500 meters away from the sea, the apartment is located in a calm and quality residence amid numerous trees. Its large terrace offers a splendid view on the " îles d’Or" of Hyeres. You can eat there or have a rest ant it will be nice at any time of the day. Each room has a direct access to the terrace. The apartment is well furbished and comfortable. Both bedrooms have noiseless ceiling fans which can display upon request a pleasant and restful airflow.

Downtown (2 km away) you will find all conveniences. Otherwise at walking distance you can reach a grocery supermarket at l’Argentière, reach the beach or even the small Miramar port.

The most beautiful beaches of the french Riviera nearby the famous Presidential Residency of Bregançon are also easy to reach : l’Argentière, Pellegrin, Léoube, l’Estagnol….
It is up to you to drive there or have access by following the famous "chemin des douaniers" along the coast. This really nice walk is worth the experience but don’t forget to take fresh water cans with you!

Très bonnes vacances
Séjour très agréable et une prestation de très très haut standing. Tout était parfait. Magnifique appartement, une immense terasse, une vue à couper le souffle...conforme à la description...si ce n'est mieux! Toute la famille (en particulier notre fille) était ravie. Merci à Veronique pour sa disponibilité et sa flexibilité et et à Alison pour son accueil.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.La location est tout à fait conforme à la description. Toutes les pièces donnent sur une belle terrasse avec une très jolie vue. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et agréablement décoré, très propre. On s'y sent parfaitement bien.

Très bel appartement, au calme .
Appartement fidèle à l’annonce , prestation de qualité , tres bien équipe et propre . Splendide vue du balcon qui est tres agréable . Voiture nécessaire.
