"Comenzaré por lo bueno, estaba limpio y fresco (por el aire acondicionado); sin embargo, la publicación tiene una dirección errónea (error de hotels.com) y tuve que gastar como 95,000 pesos para encontrar el hotel, además, el teléfono de contacto de la publicación no sirve, lo más triste es que el hospedaje estaba muy cerca al aeropuerto, por otro lado, llegar y no encontrar algún responsable del acceso o registro es un gran problema porque no hay nadie que te pueda ayudar, estuvimos casi 2...

"Tarek and his team make staying in San Andres an absolute pleasure. Chanel and Joanna are so very friendly at reception. Breakfast is delicious with stunning views. The cleaning staff is fantastic, getting all of the beach out of each room every day. Thank you for a wonderful week!!!"
