"Whilst this was a great apartment, close to everything including the metro and buses, it could have been more comfortable. The bed and sofa had seen better days, and the table and chairs were purely functional. The apartment front door would not lock from the inside, and the TV would not connect to the internet. For the money, I would expect a little more."

"Every time I needed assistance, I had it via front check in area or through WhatsApp. The area is great. Police station is down the street and there’s small convenience stores and grocery options everywhere. All the restaurants are very close by. Malls at both ends of las Ramblas. "I was extremely disappointed as I did not receive an upgrade. The room I reserved had no possible upgrade and sadly nothing in lieu was provided. Front desk amazing. Buffet breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff wonderful. However a few issues. Our WiFi kept cutting out and would kick me into my data. Because of this I ran out of data for my last day which was extremely frustrating as it added another cost I was not expecting. Our room was nice but difficult for a family of 4 as the washroom was all open and we could only go 1 at a time. But the biggest issue we had was our room. When we arrived I was given false information about the bedding. Everything is goose down filled and Im allergic. The 1st night we got in late and nothing could be done so needless to say I didn’t sleep. The next day it was corrected however the bed had no sheets or pillowcases. Luckily it was mid day that we popped into the hotel or I would hve had yet another night of no sleep. "
