"I stayed with my two nephews who just turned 18. The location was great. Stores and restaurants right outside the entrance of the property. An 8 minute walk to the beach and the main area of El Tunco. We used the pool on property everyday. We enjoyed lounging in and around the pool. It was very quiet and peaceful. "When showing up to the apartment it was in a very shady neighborhood which i was not too bothered by but when I went in the apartment was dirty and the celling was leaking. the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months and there were spiderwebs in certain parts of the house. the building was nasty to the point that I did end up leaving at 3am to go get a hotel because it was not in the conditions to sleep in.
