"I loved loved loved this apartment. It was perfect for my husband and I to use for our most recent trip to STX. It's exactly as described and then some. The breeze when opening the doors was perfect and we didn't turn the air on once. Close enough to Christiansted (it's not in town) but far enough to be a private tranquil oasis! You will not be disappointed. Sandra was very easy to get a hold of for any questions but yet you didn't even realize she was there. Her dogs are super friendly...

"Directions from the host were easy to follow and came in a timely manner. The property is gated at the street and the exterior is well lit and felt safe. The unit itself was as described and even provided Turkish towels for the beach. A short walk will find you at the boardwalk where there are many shops and restaurants to enjoy. The unit smelled freshly cleaned when we arrived, the floors could use just a little extra scrubbing. We would stay here again. "

"Shannon met us at the condo at checkin and was super helpful and made our stay a great week. Dave was also a great host. The condo is a little dated but beds are super comfy, great AC, washer dryer in unit, nice view from porch and the pool was wonderful. Awesome view from pool. Downtown was 10 minute walk. Bring bug spray the mosqitos were bad early morning and late evenings on porch due to a ton of rain before we arrived. View made up for the bug bites. I would stay here again..."

"What I loved most was bc this was a quick 3 night stay from STT to STX, I couldn’t bring much on cape air, what I couldn’t bring, this lovely host surprisingly had all the essentials I needed to make my stay comfortable and had a lovely time on her home island. "Overall, the property was great! It had all we needed for our stay and it was in a safe nice gated community. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. We never received the gate code so there was confusion upon checking in. Also, the water in the shower had poor pressure and only got somewhat warm even after running for 20 minutes or so. Otherwise, the place was very nice with great views of the island and ocean. Hoda was helpful and responsive to our messages. "

The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!"

"First of all, every place I have ever stayed at has had some minor issue. It could be not having toilet paper or dishes, one time there was a hole in the roof from a tree crashing on the house. What either makes or breaks the experience is how the property manager handles the situation. Like so many other places we had a small issue that was immediately taken care of within hours!! "We stayed at this beautiful condo from 3/10/25-3/18/2025. Dee, owner of this property was wonderful from the day one. Good communication, helpful and accommodating. Condo is in a gated community, very modern and clean. Absolutely gorgeous ocean view from Bedroom and living room. Had all the amenities, keurig, beach chairs, blankets and board games.
