I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

"It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "

"Great location near the bus stop & bottom of Perriers lift. The kitchen/living room was a great space to relax in the evenings. Good wifi, tv with lots of DVDs and games & everything you need in the kitchen. Only negative was one of us needing to go into town to pick up the keys on arrival but luckily we know the village & we were able to get into apartment entrance with kids & cases rather than wait in the cold. "My second time staying in Flaine in consecutive years. This is not what I'd class as a hotel but private apartments that are used for tourism during the ski season. The room is large, divided into 2 spaces, the living space consisting of studio kitchen, eating and lounge space, and then the large sleeping space which in our case was made up of 2 single beds and a bunk bed. There is of course also a bathroom as you enter the apartment. We were on the ground floor and had a balcony area looking...
