"Le seul point positif est le calme de cette location. Pour le reste, la salle d'eau est bien une salle d'eau où le rideau de douche est trop court et la douche rend cette pièce en piscine. Le lavabo est un lave mains et le radiateur ne fonctionne pas !! La literie du clic clac est déplorable avec un matelas très fin et des lattes manquantes !! The property was a short walk from the main shopping street in a quiet area. A ski bus (#14) stopped a few steps from the hotel. The elevator stopped working for one day but luckily was quickly repaired. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect. A little more attention to detail would make the experience even better."

"We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. It's the perfect spot for skiing with everything you could possibly need located centrally. The team were extremely helpful in the leadup to our holiday and very prompt at replying to any questions I had and arranging transfers, ski equipment and passes. The dining was absolutely phenomenal and we really rated the spa facilities too. We will definitely be back, thank you team Héliopic!"

Lovely little hotel near hiking & biking trails.

"The staff was amazing. The location is lovely if you are an outdoors person. Next to hiking and biking trails and an easy walk to the center of town. Mountain view and comfortable outdoor seating to relax. The rooms are small but great for the price and clean. The breakfast was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again."
