Outdoors, delight in a spacious terrace, vast grounds, a tennis court, and a hot tub. Take a dip in the private infinity pool or explore activities like pétanque, table tennis, and a play area for children. The grounds can even accommodate helicopters.

Please note: there is a nearby railway track with minimal train activity and an unsecured fish pond (carp) on-site. The owners live in an independent house.
