"very clean, modern spacious room, staff friendly, bar was good with reasonable prices. We arrived on a Saturday and the restaurant was shut! which was a shame as it looked nice and the menu looked good. Would recommend this hotel and we hope to return "

"The room was fine, quiet and confortable but the staff at the desk quite disappointing. We spent two nights, were told we needed a code to enter after 11:00 pm but in fact there was nobody present between 8:00 and 9:00 pm and we had to rely on other customers to enter. "The first night we stayed we would award top marks, but on or return 4 days later the second room was not as good. It was not as clean, the shower screen support was loose, the tv was hanging and not working properly. The furniture on the terrace was very dirty, we cleaned it before we could sit down. We were served a meal in our room, but thought that the dirty dishes would be removed, but they remained until we signed out"
