The natural thermal hot springs, hot tubs and spas were excellent. (no sulphuric smell as some thermal pools Ive visited.) Excellent property.

The property was lush, felt very private. Tough to find a complaint other than the straws don't reach the bottom of the cocktails...but the hotel is so responsive they'll probably read this review and fix that... They have a great staff there and we had an excellent experience!
