Incredible place one mile from Fortuna Park, close to La Fortuna Waterfall, Arenal Volcano National Park, Arenal Lake, hot springs and more than 80 adventure activities. You will love my place because of its closeness to everything and beautiful view of the volcano. A cozy place, quiet, surrounded by nature, with green area, ranch for barbecue, beautiful pool, paqueo. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).

This cabin is built with wood. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with hot water, kitchen, corridor and also has a ranch where you can make grill-das, observing the Arenal volcano. Capacity of 2 to 6 people.

We had such a. Great time and this place is GReat! Such good birds in the morning and on a not cloudy day you can see the volcano. Easy parking and Oscar and his team makes the whole time fantastic

What a treasure
Our Green Treasure House stay was great! The grounds, the outdoor living space and the pool were beautiful. The house itself was pretty basic but the beds were comfortable and the cabin was very clean. There was no need to spend time in the house because the outdoor space was so inviting. We felt very secure as the property was fenced and gated. It did require a taxi or Uber to go anywhere. We loved the property and would highly recommend it.

Great villa!
We loved our stay here, nice safe neighbourhood - we walked in the evening to the restaurant. Only trouble was finding the booking office, Waze was great throughout Costa Rica but Google maps is best to find the office. Turn left from Fortuna at the EcoQuitas sign! TV wasnt working, only negative comment!

Great pool area
Overall it was a clean and safe place to sleep. However, it was really tricky to get check in instructions from the owner. I had to contact vrbo directly to contact them before communication twice. Also the kitchen could be a little better stocked( cooking utensils, definitely needs a new coffee maker), there are no basic spices like salt and pepper so you will have to buy those . But the pool and outside area are great!

Great home-base for adventures
This cabin is just that - a cabin. It's quaint, and you can see through the wooden slats of the walls, but it's centrally located. For our family venturing out for excursions each day of our stay it worked perfectly. If you want to spend more time at the property it mau be a little small, and th3 neighbors may be a little close. Also of note, we had issues with hot water for showers. The temp wouldnt stay above 30° C. Whennwe reached out to the manager, they offered to take a look, but maintenence hours conflicted with our adventures. Since we only stayed 2 nights at this location, it wasnt too big of a deal for us.

Not as Expected
This property is not terrible but not what is represented by the photos. Great if you're looking for 'Glamping' in a basic cabin but not a comfortable stay. Problems: uncomfortable bed, no blackout curtains, no place for luggage/clothes, loud vehicles passing by, neighbors too close, sad coffee maker, no washcloths, and not enough attention to detail. Fine if you want a cabin experience in a loud neighborhood.

Terrible communication and follow-up
RENTER BEWARE. Property manger commutation was poor and took our money in Europes when we are and We have sent 6 and have had not reply. We changed our dates to arrive 1 day early. Manager advised to cancel and rebook. We rebooked the dates were rebooked for July vs August. We contacted the property manager because the date was out side the cancellation time line. And the property manager failed to return our emails. They took our money and are not honoring our Aug visit. This is unacceptable

Perfect getaway
Great location located in an authentic local neighborhood. Walk to town in 20 minutes or 5 minute car ride. Great view of the volcano, quiet retreat from the town.

La Fortuna
This property is in a great location with views from Arenal and easy access to the town of La Fortuna just a few minutes away. The outside living space is great the inside of the property is nothing special but what one would expect for this area/ region. For a small space they did very well. Only dislike was the security camera overlooking garden and pool area. It seems like an invasion of privacy. I do respect the camera looking towards the gate for security reasons it’s just the one looking into the property that is excessive. Still a very nice property and comfortable stay I would recommend.

The outdoor area was the best part of this property. It is very safe and quiet at night. It does need updates in its kitchen utensils like the cutting knives and it needs bbq equipment fir the grill outside. There is no hot water at the kitchen sink. The water pressure is minimal in the shower. There ya a loose bathroom outlet. Refrigerator does not make ice in the freezer and Barney cool in the bottom part ( this was reported).

This place was perfect for just my husband & I on our honeymoon!
The home was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay! The pool area and grill were perfect for cooking dinner and hanging out. The lack of hot water was a bit to get used to but after your long days of seeing what beautiful La Fortuna has to offer, you won’t be mad about cooling off! This home was just on the outside of town, 3 minute drive, w gorgeous views of the volcano! Definitely loved my time here and appreciate Keylor and his sister helping us out. They even went above and beyond and set out rose petals and decorations for our honeymoon!

Incredible outdoor living space.
We spent two nights at this La Fortuna property. Overall we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay. We did not have a vehicle and it was a 1/2 hour hike into town (but flat). The interior could certainly use some upgrades and if the weather had not cooperated, it would have been very cramped and not pleasant to stay indoors.
