"We had such a great vacation!! Lovely resort-meticulously maintained. Everyone is super friendly. Great lunch options by pool. Cafe is great for quick breakfast (pastries are to die for!) and coffee. Mercado is useful for water, snacks, toiletries, etc...The spa is unbelievable. A number of shops and restaurants nearby and 5 minute taxi to San Jose, 15 min walk to large grocery store. We had a 2 bed/2 bath suite with ocean views and only wonderful things to say (I love the daily housekeeping too!). "

"Krystal Grand hotel has excellent service, people here go above and beyond to make your stay magical. So many dinning options, no need for reservations, its on a first come & serve basis. There is after hours food. Kristal camp was great for the kids. Quiet and relaxing place. The views are breathtaking. The resort has it all close by. "My brother and I stayed here for a couple of days, short trip. The food and drink was great, and restaurants were pretty good too. The extra nice treatment from the Expedia crew was really nice too, they really took extra steps to make us feel like royalty. We were greeted with a welcome drink and great service right away. Only complaint is the pool was freezing cold. The swimmable beach on the property was very relaxing, worth going down to and spending some time soaking that in. Would definitely return to this resort."
