We have raised a claim (beware that this is booked through a separate agency Herez who once you have paid take very little interest or care. We took pictures and sent to Vrbo and Agency Herez of brown stained pillows, old bed blankets, broken and filthy shower and the whole place is old and tired. Nothing like the pictures on the website. "Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und punktet mit traumhafter Lage mitten in bewaldeten Hügeln, fast alleine. Die Gastgeber Amal und Rashid sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit und man hat den Eindruck,dass es ihnen wirklich wichtig ist,dass man sich wohlfühlt. "This was an excellent property that caters for all age groups. The property was large enough to cope with 8 adults and a baby. It was a 10 minute walk out of Sarlat so easy for early morning croissants or walking back from an evening meal. We had on incident which was quickly dealt with by the owner.
