"Best hotel in the Otavalo area, with an outstanding view and a very caring service. The fireplace was a particularly nice touch that you don't often find in hotels. While the location and the staff cannot be faulted, the hotel clearly need some renovations in the spa and common areas. Also the rooms could do with a bit more equipment (although the staff did provide everything we asked for). The two local guardian dogs Mia and Tia are incredibly friendly, and the surrounding area is very nice...

Ich konnte mich gut erholen. 😊 Der Google Maps Standort 📍passt nicht zu 100% mit der Realität überein, jedoch findet man es schon, da die Hausfront im Vergleich zu den anderen Gebäuden hervor sticht. 🏨"

"The two things that stand out to me that I thought were top notch were the convenience of the location and the excellent service by everyone who worked there. The room was not above average but everything else was. I enjoyed having breakfast on the patio each morning and I loved sitting in the garden right outside my door.
