"Nice place, a bit older, but clean. close to ocean, but a bit of a walk to get there. Big climb to get to rooms, ok if you are not physically hampered. Close to some decent dining if you have a car. Food at property was average. Great value for dollars. Rooms very small and bank of 5 rooms share a small patio space. Nice common space below at front office. Many staff were volunteers from other countries learning to Kite Surf, they were all very friendly."

Turns out the hotel had recently experienced a major power failure. As such, the hotel had to reduce its overall consumption and had to turn power off to all air conditioning machines and the pools filters and pumps.
