"Expérience horrible, chalet à fuir absolument ! Propriétaire absent au rendez-vous, piscine non chauffée, pas d'eau chaude, jacuzzi vide et sale, maison insalubre et pas nettoyée depuis des mois... Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l'état réel du chalet : travaux en cours, fenêtres remplacées par des planches de bois, terrasse dangereuse, présence de gravats...Nous avions payé 300e de suppléments pour avoir les draps sur place, à notre grande surprise, nous les avons trouvés en pagaille...

Très bien aménagé, félicitations au constructeur qui a magnifiquement exploité l'espace. Propreté impeccable et l'équipement est complet. "Très mauvaise expérience avec cette appartement. Nous sommes arrivés après 20h et il n’y a plus personne pour vous accueillir. Il vous donne un lien afin de vous enregistrer et de recevoir le code pour les clés. L’enregistrement est long et inefficace puisque nous avons jamais reçu notre code et personne pour nous aider. L’entrée de l’appartement est insalubre. Déconseille fortement."

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold...
