"We were amazed by the way that the windmill has been renovated. It was very comfortable for two - comfy bed in a romantic middle room and a cosy kitchen with a great view through the main door and with the option to eat outside. There are great walks and we really appreciated riding around on the bikes that we were provided with. There was plenty to do for five days. We are keen on swimming but took the advice not to swim in the Loire seriously. We found a safe pool to take a dip in a pretty...

"We received a warm welcome from the proprietor, Sylvie, at this pleasant modern 1st Floor riverside property with nice views along the Loire, and an open terrace for al fresco dining. Within a short walk from many local restaurants, shops, and the twice weekly local market, it makes a good base to visit the many local Chateaux, and is at the heart of the Anjou vineyards for tastings etc."

"We had a great time this summer staying at this location. Enjoyed the beautiful accomodation, well equipped with a nice pool and everything very neat and clean. A very warm welcome by the owner and we were suprised with a a basket full of local products to enjoy. Communication with the owner was easy and direct. Overall a very nice place to stay, glad we booked this house which felt as our own. "

"Plenty of room for all of us--grandparents, kids, and grandkids. A few minor things needed repair--the toilet flush handle on the downstairs bathroom was loose, and it was hard to light the gas stovetop--but we liked the house, the pool, and the location,"

No WiFi- but decent

"Nice hotel/conference centre, it was quite quiet on our visit and we barely saw anyone else which was strange. My biggest complaint was that the WiFi (and hence smart tv) did not work in the room, and we were told that was just how it was. Staff were otherwise great and a nice restaurant with delicious French cuisine. Bed and linens fairly standard. "
