"Absolutely TERRIBLE stay. Long cues for check in & check out. Small rooms. Bad food & chaotic. I grabbed 10 cups all dirty. They say they give you free water & wine ON TAP! How disgusting is that. A pitcher of local wine. No thanks. Bad bed. This place was horrible & should be burned to the ground. Beach isn’t even nice. It’s rocky. I could not wait to check out. This is so a 1 star hotel. "Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

Services are very poor and you pay everything extra. Wifi is extra, Air conditioning is extra and also didn't work properly. TV wasn't working and we asked four times to fix it but nobody came. "Très belle maison parfaitement placée pour profiter de la plage et proche de Cannigione. Tout peut se faire à pied. Le logement est d'une propreté impeccable et bien équipé. Seul bémol, bien demander et clarifier les instructions d'arrivée du séjour pour éviter les incompréhensions"

"Pros: Great location; wonderful views; close to excellent cafes and restaurants. Very private (owner's parents live in ground floor apartment). Cons: Lacked wifi (had to purchase modem). Water supply ran out after over a week and had to wait half a day for fill up. The host does respond in a timely manner but we didn't understand each other due to language barrier. There was a dog that looked and sounded like it was dying outside the front door the entire stay. It was very depressing."
