"Everything good. Just one thing they can improve on . Check in information for someone one that has no Wi-Fi is a little difficult since doors are controlled by WiFi app. Also they have air conditioning in room but not in the rest of the house which was hot and unbearable."

The host was was accommodating and responsive as we booked last minute, though they sent instructions for through a variety of online sources including WhatsApp, Gmail and Vikey for check in so difficult look through for the check in directions if you are rushing, which we were. Great stay in Modena!

"Our stay here was great and just what we needed. The room was very spacious and had two(!!) AC units. The shower and bathroom were both very large. We didn't receive the email with the entry information and when I called I was able to get it quickly and easily which was a relief. They provide a parking permit for on-street parking in front of the building which is very convenient. The property is convenient to walk all of Modena but in a quiet and less busy area."
