NEW 70m2 apartment with neat services, located at 55 impasse des crets in La Clusaz.
It is the ground floor of the chalet 6 minutes walk (400 meters) from the Crêt du Merle piste (blue piste) and from the arrival of the skating rink gondola and 30 meters from the bus stop " the Fiaux ".
There are 2 bedrooms: sheets are provided
1 with 2 beds of 90X190
1 with 1 bed of 160 X 200
A shower room with towel dryer and washing machine. (towels and bath mat on request 5 € per person.)
Separate WC.
Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso machine with capsules, dishwasher with washing tablets, induction hob, tea towels, raclette / stone grill, fondue set)
Living room with an area of 27m2 with view of the Etale.

Short stays are possible outside long periods, however a minimum of 2 nights is required. The night is 150 €.

Relaxing stay
Modern, spacious apartment in quiet area of La Clusaz. We stayed for a walking holiday and found it well situated to access a range of walking/hiking routes in the as long as one has access to a car. There is currently some building work in the adjacent properties but, as we were out during the day, did did not disturb us.

Très belle location
Tout était parfait, l’accueil, l’emplacement, l’équipement, la vue, ect… Juste une chose ; Avec l’âge (>60 ans), nous devenons très sensible côté literie. Il nous faut soutien ferme mais accueil moelleux. Pas de problème côté soutien, mais la prochaine fois on vient avec notre sur-matelas et nos oreillers. À relativiser cependant car avec 30 ans de moins, ça ne nous aurait sûrement pas gêné.

Location très confortable et très calme. Très bien située à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de la Clusaz et 15-20 mn à pied. Terrasse agréable avec vue sur le massif de l’étale. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous en avons l’occasion !

magnifiques vacances dans une superbe location
Toute notre famille (4 personnes: 2 adultes et 2 grands ados) ont adoré cette location, décoration soignée réalisée avec goût et matériaux de qualité, appartement très fonctionnel, avec beaucoup d'espace et de rangements, reposant car sans aucune nuisance sonore, vue superbe sans vis à vis, terrasse exposée plein sud avec salon de jardin. l'appartement n'est pas au cœur de la station mais très bien placé par rapport aux lignes de bus passant à proximité ( passages peu fréquents mais avec des destinations pratiques, que ce soit pour le ski, les ballades en raquettes ou aller en cœur de la Clusaz. La location est également non loin de l'arrivée télécabine de la patinoire. (prendre le chemin des Moyers bcp moins physique) La procédure d'arrivée est très simple et nous à permis de découvrir un appartement à la propreté irréprochable. Me Betemps nous a trés gentiment renseigné quand nous en avions le besoin. Bref la location de rêve pour se reposer et profiter des joies de la montagne.
