This beautifully renovated chalet sleeps up to 10 guests in four en suite bedrooms.
Set on the edge of the busy village of La Clusaz, you'll be in a great location to take advantage of the pistes in winter (200m) and the wonderful hiking and biking trails in the Aravis mountains during the rest of the year.

With two double bedrooms on the ground floor, and two more on the second floor, it's a great place for two families who each want a degree of privacy, or for a group of friends. Families in particular will love the top floor suite, with a kingsize bed separated from two single beds. All of the kingsize beds can be arranged as twin beds if you prefer, making the sleeping arrangements very flexible.

The living area has been cleverly arranged so that the kitchen, dining area and seating area all enjoy the great view over the village and mountains. There's also a wraparound terrace with room to eat outside, or just sit in the sun and soak up the view from the jacuzzi.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

Perfect mountain getaway for all!

Our 2-week stay was fantastic. The chalet had space for mountain bikes, road bikes, and a dog! Our friends and family loved it. A perfect setting for a holiday and we would recommend it to others as a place to stay.

Beautiful home; Amazing views

We had everything we needed. Home is beautifully constructed with modern materials. Beauregard gondola ski path is a short walk up or down the street. Charlotte helped us with anything we needed.

Just amazing

The Chalet is really amazing, new and built with great materials / taste, luxury (view, jacuzzi, quality), everything is designed with taste and sense of details. The chalet is huge with 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom and large shared spaces? Manager / owner are also really helpful. Definitely recommend it and good value for money
