"The location is ideal - literally attached to the cathedral, walking distance from everything. Large apartment with a balcony. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience living in the centre of Angers. Couldn't have asked for much more."

"We stayed for two weeks and loved it here! We took two young children and our dogs and couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house is beautiful with everything you could need and the garden is great with plenty of space for games and dining. Great location with shops 2mins walking distance and 10min drive to angers. The host is lovely and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend!"

"This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was clean, extremely well-equipped for children, and spacious. The beds were firm and comfortable. Our host Claire was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The pool is heated and Claire takes great care of it. There is also a games room outside (archery, darts, ping pong) and toys and books for the children - when they get tired of visiting the friendly goats! It was very comfortable for two - comfy bed in a romantic middle room and a cosy kitchen with a great view through the main door and with the option to eat outside. "Owner responded in a very cavalier fashion to issues at the property on out arrival. Failure to provide services eg wifi had a detrimental effect on our ability to enjoy a much looked forward to holiday. Clearly an end of season rental with some tired amenities and some cleaning issues."

"Room was huge and in the main in good condion. However noticeable it was one of the ones not yet updated. Bathroom was worn and old fashioned and needed a complete redo. Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view.
