"The pictures don’t do the property justice, we were a couple who went with our three dogs. The Gite was spacious and had all the amenities you would need, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, and the kitchen was well equipped. "A fascinating property with a history. Fabulous views of the chateau from the bedroom windows and from the courtyard. Right in the centre of Saumur, but had a large heated indoor swimming pool. The extra treat was the pool table and pinball machine. It was easy enough to reverse the cars into the courtyard with practice.
