Das Haus bietet jede Menge Komfort , mehrere Terrassen, Pool und Sauna schöne Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder jeweils mit separatem WC. Durch die grossen Schiebefenster ist die offene Küche mit Ess- und Wohnbereich lichtdurchflutet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. "My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"10 old friends reunion. Blown away by the view! Great pool, though late September made the water refreshing. Great spaces inside and out for leisurely shared meals. (Did I mention the view? "Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in aptly named Villa Zenitude. The villa is very tastefully decorated and also the kitchen is very complete with all sorts of appliances. Our most favorite part was sitting on the terrace (or inside when it rained) and just watch the activity on the lake in front of us and the lights at night. "Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."

Great stay

"Check-in was brilliant, we arrived late morning and asked to drop our bags off so we could explore the city but the very kind gentleman, David, told us there was a room ready and we could check in early (for no extra fee). As a first timer in Geneva he got us a map and told us the best places to go and how to get there and if public transport was needed which was the best to get. There was a deposit taken of just over 100CHF but this was refunded promptly after check-out. The hotel is right next to the main station, and a 7 minute walk from Lake Geneva. The room was a good size with nice large windows. The TV had multiple channels from multiple countries around the world. "

"Amazing location and very helpful staff. The rooms are small but with great efficient design. If you need a dark room to sleep, the black out curtains make the room DARK. The lobby is a bright and happy place and all the staff speak great English and are welcoming and helpful. There is self check in but there is someone to help with that as well. You are located right in the middle of everything, a few steps from old town and a block or two from the water. We loved our stay."

"I’m sure we will be passing Geneva airport frequently in the future and Nash airport hotel will be our first choice! It is walking distance to hotel and also shuttle bus service to terminal around clock , free. After we return our rental car, 5-6 minutes walking distance, we were back to hotel ! Dinner service was excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly! "
