"I reserved this room because Expedia lists it as having AC. We stayed in Sept and there was no AC. Were told by the desk they turn it off in the fall. Expedia needs to specify this hotel may not have AC depending on the whim of the owner. Windows open with rain, bad weather, traffic and no bug screens. Pass on to another hotel with accurate description. "

"House and surroundings were lovely but wouldn’t sleep 17. We were worried we wouldn’t find enough to do but that wasn’t the case. However, Mele (the nearest town) was a little disappointing as most of the businesses were closed for a few weeks while we were there, in August but we had a lovely stay and the owner was very helpful."

"A lovely relaxing holiday with numerous day trips into Paris to watch Olympic events. The pool was a great way to cool off each day."

"Fantastic house, garden and facilities. High quality beds and bathrooms throughout. Tennis court was a particular bonus, with a good bounce even though it looks a little tired. A lovely quiet location with lots of activities within half an hours drive. And Claire was amazing when our car broke down....."

"Property was clean and tidy. Very nice situation in the countryside near a forest. Had a fantastic break. Great little pool and loverly hot tub made hot days and evenings very relaxing and great fun. Beautiful cottage in loverly gardens with everything on hand for a fantastic getaway. We used as a base and travelled to Tours,, Le Mans. Alençon and other local spots. The host Bruno was great and could not be more helpful if he tried which made our break all the more relaxing as we new he was on hand if we needed anything but otherwise he let us enjoy his beautiful property in our own way. "An excellent place to stay prior to catching the Caen ferry. The hotel was easily accessed, with a large secure parking area Very welcoming with a comfortable room and a good breakfast was available. There is a very large Le Clerc close by with a restaurant which provided a good evening meal and an opportunity to get items to take home. "
