"Very quiet village unfortunately the restaurant was not open and the bar intermittently- so if you wanted to eat out you had to travel so a car a must at this location. We as 2 couples were happy to eat in and when the bbq failed to work our hosts went out the next day to get a new one. We had a lovely relaxing time with amazing weather"

"Exceptional property in beautiful rural location. 18 of our family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this delightful holiday accommodation. Superb pool, great covered/outside eating area, boules, table tennis etc. Air conditioning in one apartment building, thick walls and therefore relatively cool in the other apartment building. Really super stay. Note for English renters: Towels and toilet paper not provided as we believe is the custom in France."

"Had a lovely time in your chateau, thanks very much. The house was really beautiful, loads of space and lots of quirky features like the piano, vintage bicycles and attic rooms. Lady next door selling local cognac was very friendly. At night the sky was so dark, excellent for stargazing. The river charente is lovely for swimming in. Super!"

"Tout c'est très bien passé, de la réservation au dernier jour du séjour. Très jolie propriété, bien équipée au global. Le propriétaire sait se rendre disponible en cas de question, il est très réactif. Pour le ménage, c'était correct mais pas très affiné. La prise en charge se passe bien grace aux explications transmises par le propriétaire. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notrnotreséjour. "
