"Such an atmospheric property, filled with echoes of its colourful past. This is not a hotel-like palace but rather a grande-dame of a chateau with all the attendant wrinkles and wear that actually feels like it's been lived in by real families for centuries. "Our 2 day stay was amazing.We stayed in the restored Charles V11 suite. The staff very friendly and extremely helpful especially Emmuelle and Liliann. Would recommend it as a beautiful hide away. "

"Gregoire was a wonderful host. The Castle was clean, and any small critiques are easily understood by living in a castle from 1520! The bathrooms are modern, the beds very comfortable. There is no Air Conditioning, and the days were very warm! There were fans, though, and the nights cooled down a bit. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you, Gregoire!"

No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "

"We ran late and could not reach the property and when we arrived the property was unattended. Luckily Expedia Customer Service agent was very helpful and we gained access inside the property and too our key which was left in a safe. Just could of done with an email from Property advising of this."

"Campanile are a great hotel group...rooms are always immaculately clean and modetn. Breakfast here was a bonus, as was not planned. Staff were super friendly and very helpful even with our gone 9pm arrival. Located near a selection of good restaurants and secure parking was perfect."
