Dear traveler(s)! Do not panic, this section does not concern you if you are a normal and respectful traveler (that is to say 99% of the AirBnB community). If, on the contrary, you are in the 1% and harm the community, please read the rules carefully.
The tenant agrees to respect the following rules:
• The apartment will only be occupied for private purposes during his stay. Under no circumstances may it be used for a commercial, craft or professional activity.
• The apartment must be occupied by the signatory of the contract and his companions within the limit of the number of people that the place can accommodate. Visits from outsiders are prohibited.
• The premises must be left, at the latest, at the check-out time indicated in the booking confirmation or on the apartment's check-in page.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartments.
• The tenant and his companions undertake not to commit any act that may harm the peace of the other inhabitants of the building. The rules of co-ownership are applicable to tenants. In the event of a complaint for nuisance to the neighborhood, the sole responsibility of the tenant is engaged. Noise pollution must be reduced after 10 p.m. NoiseAware technology detects the sound volume of the living room. A warning will be sent to you once by our team. If another incident occurs, customers will be asked to vacate the apartment immediately.
• All intentional damage, or not, caused by the tenant and/or his companions during his stay will be invoiced to the tenant.
• Travel Homes cannot be held responsible for water, gas or electricity cuts, theft or damage to personal effects and nuisance caused by neighbours.
• Please leave your furry friends at home.
• Failure to return the keys will result in a loss of €100 on the deposit.
• Standard final cleaning includes change of bed linen, general apartment and bathroom cleaning. It is your responsibility to empty the refrigerator, wash the dishes, the oven and the microwave. If you do not want this or if you choose not to, we will automatically take €30 from the deposit.
As a precaution, we may carry out an electronic verification of your identity document via the Travel Homes site before your arrival.
Any report by a third party (testimonials, recordings, photos, and other elements) vis-à-vis the tenant for non-compliance with the rules set out will engage the entire security deposit.
