"Parrot Resort is excellent. It is right in the middle of the main strip in Moalboal, but is tucked away as to feel private and secluded. The staff always welcome you with a smile. They took care of all our needs from breakfast, to booking excursions and booking us a car to our next destination. We will certainly be staying there again. "

"Had a great time. The property is nice, quite and safe. About 5 minutes to town where there were plenty of dining options. "

"Dinner was great, breakfast was poor... the room was very fine, internet was OK, they asked an hourly rate of 400 pesos for every late check out hour ☹️"

"Rooms were kept clean and spotless. Amenities replenished immediately upon request. Very central location - practically walking distance to most popular foodie and tourist destinations in downtown Bacolod. Breakfast was really good with a healthy blend of international and local options. Will stay again."

"Traveling with my wife and two kids. Very old outdated property. During our stay, the water went out. The water have to be delivered to the hotel and pumped into water tanks. Then are not attached to city supply or have their own well. The pump burned out and no standby replacements. So we could not use the bathroom for anything. The door the bathroom is busted. The door frame is broken like someone kick it in. The hotel manager refused to refund our money when they had no other room to...

"Had a great experience at Dolphin House. The evening food options were incredible along with the delicious breakfast. The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel if traveling to this area on vacation. "
