"Overall this is a beautiful house and garden in a fabulous location close to a natural park (great for bird watching) and La Barrosa beach...both within walking or safe cycling distance. Loads of great cafes and restaurants. Some amenities in the house need attention eg new toaster required, unable to use jacuzzi bath, BbQs need attention. However issues were addressed promptly when we raised these with Paco and Julia and we would all love to come back next year if the property is available."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Jual. Very convenient location, closed to beautiful beaches, small villages such as Vejer and also close to Cádiz. The house is well equipped, everything working. We spent most of the days visiting places and it was great to come back and enjoy a swim in the pool and take dinner outside. Totally recommended, we will come back again 🙂."

"The location of this property was tranquil and private and we could not have asked for a better setting. There was a cold wind blowing daily which made using the pool and sitting in the lovely grounds impossible. Not expected for the month of May. The oven had only one shelf so not really functional. The upstairs shower was lovely. The downstairs bathroom had a bath which could not be filled by the fitted taps. It was a case of physically holding the shower head over the bath to fill it. This...

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Matosa and would highly recommend to anyone interested. Communication with the owner was great, and the house was well thought out. Kitchen was very well equipped and decor throughout is nice. We know the area very well so we knew where to go etc but for anyone that has not stayed you will need a car. "A gracious, generous and very helpful host. The beds are super comfortable and bed linen is good quality. The house could have some renovation and some of the bathrooms are a little dated - but it is very clean and everything works well. The garden and pool is charming and is very secluded and quiet. We would return to the area as it is very charming and a good place to visit Cadiz, Jerez, Seville, Ronda, etc (and close to the beaches). Great value for money. "

Fantastic host who is there when needed and very attentive while always respecting his guests’ privacy.
