"We thoroughly enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor aspects of the property. The 800 year old tower was magnificent and truly unique. The terrace and the porch were great places to have breakfast and play games in the evening. The pool and the badminton court were a perfect way to end day after exploring wonderful nearby villages. The beds were comfortable and we slept well despite the bells in the adjacent tower ringing throughout the night. We would recommend this property to our friends and would be happy to come back again."

"The stunning building has wow factors at every turn. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, well decorated, and completely individual. The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. The location is right in the centre of this beautiful old town that is well worth exploring. I recommend staying here to anyone. "

"This spacious property was a converted old French farmhouse with fantastic views across the countryside. Very rural -but not easy to find even with Sat-nav. Pool was a great asset as were the trees and flowers around the property. Unfortunately we were not blessed with good weather apart from the first couple of days. However this may have been a godsend as when it was warm -condensation from the stone walls appeared and covered the ground floor which was tiled. This resulted in a very slippery surface which was hard to negotiate. In fact one of our party had a nasty fall using some tiled steps. Mr Bouby the owner was very helpful when we had a problem with the toilet. Unfortunately we did struggle to communicate when we arrived . It might be a good idea to produce an arrival pack in different languages for future visitors. "

"Very private and relaxing stay the Pictures of the terrace do not do it justice and we had fantastic weather and so made the most of the pool which is in the sun all day. We would definitely return again the only thing I would mention is the bedding and mattresses could do with an update. Thanks for your hospitality!"

"Just a one night stay, sadly. Easy parking just over the road. Lovely room in top condition. Earplugs kindly supplied to help deal with the road noise from the bridge, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. Breakfast very good, but at 15 Euros the priciest of our trip round France. They also seemed understaffed at breakfast as the same staff were having to juggle reception duties as well."

"Great base for exploring the area. A dark sky area so perfect for looking at the stars in the evening. We generally explored during the day and cooked our meals in the evening."
