Villa Indépendante Tout Confort, Piscine Privée

House located in the town of La Calmette between the Cévennes and the Sea.
Located 45 minutes from the first beaches, 30 minutes from the Cévennes, 30 minutes from the Pont du Gard,
Uzès, Nîmes…

The house can comfortably accommodate 4 people (possibility of adding 1 baby bed + high chair), air conditioning is available throughout the house.
2 bedrooms, one equipped with a 140x190 double bed, and the other with private bathroom and 160x200 bed. One independent toilet per floor.

There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave) and very pleasant for breakfasts and aperitifs with family or friends.

You have a private swimming pool with a terrace to enjoy the sun as well as a gas barbecue and deckchair to relax at the foot of the olive trees.
Wooden terrace also in front of the house near the lavender plants.

The house is quiet, far from the road. There are many shops nearby (3 minutes by car), supermarket, tobacconist, bakery, butcher, etc.
The house is non-smoking (inside), our animal friends are not accepted.
Secure parking for up to four vehicles.

Peaceful relaxing holiday
House is beautiful and comfortable. Easy access to amenities. A brilliant base for exploring the surrounding cities and enjoying nature. I recommend the kayaking under the Pont du Gard.

Un séjour très agréable à la Calmette
La maison est fidèle à la description faite dans l’annonce : très grande propreté, tous les équipements utiles pour un séjour agréable, une maison décorée avec goût, confortable. La piscine à débordements est très agréable et ensoleillée, entourée de divers espaces de détente…. Bien que proche des toutes les commodites et des grands axes, nous avons pu nous reposer au calme, n’ayant quasiment pas entendu le voisinage. Nimes et Uzes sont à une vingtaine de minutes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et Simone, adorable petite chatte, est venue nous tenir compagnie.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette belle maison. Tout est top ici. Rien ne manque. Tout a été pensé. Hautement recommandé. We hebben een leuke week gehad in dit prachtige huis. Alles is hier top geregeld. Er ontbreekt niets. Aan alles is gedacht. Een echte aanrader.

Magnifique séjour dans une superbe maison
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette superbe maison au calme. Elle est très bien située (accès voie rapide proche, ainsi qu'un parc de jeux pour les enfants et un grand supermarché), et la maison en elle même est géniale. La piscine, à 1m30 de profondeur, est idéale pour que les enfants jouent et que les adultes puissent se rafraichir.
