"Pros: The staff were the best thing about this property. Ariel and everyone else were super, all were friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for better. We liked the location near the center and found it convenient to get there and to the Convention Center. The price is a good value. Overall we were happy. "The apartment was ok. We slept there fine, there was plenty of space, parking, heating, hot water, and kitchen facilities that were fine. To improve the place they need to clean it better. The walls and floors were dirty to the point where it made the entire place look pretty bad, very sloppy. It was cheap and for the price it was ok for our family of 5. "It's not a hotel - it's a private apartment rental. We booked it twice for one night each time, separated by a few days we spent in a different place. Both times there was nobody there upon our arrival, and since the hotel is NOT MARKED you cannot quite tell if you are in the right place. It's owned by a family with a grandfather (living next door) and two grandchildren, and only one of them spoke English.
