The Licornes refuge is a recent and traditional chalet of 180m² with all the comforts for a successful holiday with family or friends.
Located on the heights of Bresse, it offers proximity to the center of Bresse (2.5 km) but also to the most beautiful Vosges ski resorts. You will benefit from the greatest calm because it is located at the bottom of a dead end with clear road.
On the ground floor :
- Equipped kitchen (oven & microwave, fridge & freezer, induction hob, dishwasher)
- Lounge area with satellite TV
- bedroom with a double bed (1.40m), with TV and DVD player
- Dining room for 10 people (children's chair available)
- Bathroom
- Access to the terrace / barbecue and to the garden bordered by a stream
Upstairs, three bedrooms:
- bedroom 1: 1.60m bed with terrace access + possibility of cot
- bedroom 2: 1.60m bed with terrace access
- bedroom 3: 4 single beds including 1 bunk + possibility of cot
- bathroom + baby bath and changing pad available
On level -1: sauna / jacuzzi relaxation area, billiards, shower room, washing machine and dryer.

Beautiful comfortable home.
The pictures don't do it justice. Very roomy with 3 showers. Sauna!! Very well equipped kitchen. Fireplace. Stunning view. Spotlessly clean. Just great in every way.

Superbe châlet, qualité au RDV. De belles prestations. Le seul bémol sont les travaux en bas, mais ceux-ci ne dureront pas. Un weekend parfait 👍

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce beau châlet bien équipé, agréable, avec une vue magnifique. Très bon accueil par l'intendant du gîte. Personne très sympathique, disponible et de bon conseil pour découvrir la région. Le billard américain et le jacuzzi ont été très appréciés. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très bonne vacances ! Le maison était très bien pour 6 adultes , 1 ado et 3 garçons de 10 ans et notre chien. Nous avons pu profiter du sauna et jacuzzi après une journée de ski. L'emplacement du chalet est top, 15 min des skis, 5 min du centre de la Bresse et derrière la maison des chemins pour se balader, le tout avec une belle vue sur les montagnes! Je recommande vivement ce chalet!

Je deconseille fortement cette location propriétaires et personne d'accueil pas accueillante pas receptif aux remarques. Propose un jacuzzi a utilisation illimités mais l'eau n'est pas changé apres chaque location, vous arrivez donc avec l'eau trouble et traces de saletés. Et ce permet de réclamer un supplément menage alors que le forfait est deja a 120 euros. Hors mis tout cela nous avons passés de belles vacances grace a nos activités extérieurs et non pas a la réceptivité de la propriétaire.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus
Wir waren mit 7 Personen in diesem Chalet und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Obwohl das Wetter sehr schlecht war, haben wir dank Whirlpool und Sauna nach kurzen Spaziergängen eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Das Chalet ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Korrespondenz mit der Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ebenso wie die Übergabe mit dem Verwalter. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Le chalet magnifiquement bien entretenu. Belle décoration. Calme, cadre reposant. On reviendra :) L’unique chose à noter c’est qu’il manquait tapis ou serviette pour la sortie de douche… mais franchement c’est vraiment pour trouver un truc à dire ;) Au plaisir !

Un havre de paix
Nous avons passé une très beau moment en famille dans ce magnifique chalet. L‘endroit correspondait parfaitement au descriptif et à nos attentes. Le jacuzzi et le sauna ont parfaitement agrémenté notre séjour, après nos sorties ski. Le chalet est très bien situé par rapport aux pistes de ski et le centre de La Bresse, voir même Gerarmer. Monsieur Pariss, qui s’occupe de la gestion du chalet et qui habite à quelques encablures du chalet, a été très réactif lors de certaines demandes de conseils ou d’explication technique sur le fonctionnement du spa. Un grand merci encore à vous Monsieur Pariss! Nous pouvons que conseiller ce havre de paix avec sa magnifique vue. nous reviendrons certainement.

Il n'y a pas eu d'accueil la personne étant week end il a envoyé son fils. Il n'y a pas vraiment eu d'état des lieux à l'arrivée comme au départ. Il demande un chèque de cotion et il n'est pas rendu à la fin du séjour. A l'arrivé au chalet il faisait 12 degrés on a mis 2h à le chauffer. Avec des enfants en bas âge pas super. Le jacuzzi n'était pas propre il y avait des résidus de saleté au fond.

On s'est retrouvé entre amis lors de notre week-end annuel et on a bcp aimé ce chalet ! Tout équipé et cosy, on en a bien profité malgré le mauvais temps. Il n'a pas fait beau mais on a pu profiter d'un bon feu de bois et de jeux de société tous ensemble. A refaire ! Peut être par beau temps pour pouvoir profiter des alentours...
