"First impressions were very good, with adequate cooking, reception and dining areas. Bedrooms varied as to size with some of them compact. Hanging areas for clothing and lack of hangers in some rooms. The pool was good but needed attention to cleanliness possibly due to our numbers. Lower bedroom toilets were problematic and prone to flooding with water and waste matter coming back up into the shower outlet. "Perfectly proportioned property for our family (mum, dad and three kids (17,14 and 10)) to stay and explore the local area for a fortnight at the end of August. Local bonuses included the proximity to the Lac St Cassian, which was only 20 mins drive away and great for hiring pedalos, kayaks, and paddle boards with which to explore the beautiful clean lake on hot sunny days without the extra driving and parking requirements to get to the also beautiful beautiful beaches in Cannes and Frejus. ...

So much room both inside the house and especially outside, and such a quiet location, but only five minutes from a wonderful boulangerie and less than ten minutes to the nearest supermarket. "In a very quiet area and a very short walk to a lovely beach.Even though the road is behind the beach you really don't notice it and the quality of the sand and cleanliness of the beach is excellent. We visited in June so it was still relatively quiet. "Good size for 4 couples, although lack of ensuite toilets to all 3 main bedrooms a bit of a let down. Spacious, bright, airy property of a modern design, but the décor is looking a bit tired. Surprised that no equipment instruction manuals were provided, they are normally. Had trouble with dishwasher and were not aware of the blinds at each window. Great swimming pool and outdoor living area, although little used in October. When large group / couples staying more access keys would be useful....

"A lovely villa. Clean, comfortable and friendly check in. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Take a laptop if you want to watch something that needs downloading. Very dog friendly with fenced garden. Everything is provided, extra blankets, ping pong, bicycles, dads, loo rolls, washing up liquid, really all you could want. We had two 20 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the boat daytrip we organised and the local market. Recommended."

We tried not to miss a single spectacular sunrise on the large terrace with panoramic view of Saint Raphael and the sea. Early morning surise, late night light twinkles from Saint Raphael, with chilled white wine and fish from the plancha. The villa is spacious, secluded, private, quiet, peaceful.
