   - 200 m. thermal baths (Choussy and Grands Thermes), shops, casino..
- 200 m. shuttles leading to Sancy,
   - 5 min walk from Fenestre park: huge, very green park with a variety of play modules for young and old (drop-in daycare 2 and a half to 4 years) at the top of the park.
- 7 km of ski slopes (cross-country, alpine)
   - From the house: possibility to start hiking, V.T.T., snowshoeing ...

House completely renovated recently (reinforced insulation),
with very nice open view of the surrounding mountains.
The houses are also equipped with Internet with WIFI (from December 2016).

Covered and closed garage + outdoor space in front of the house.

la bourboule
super appartement, propre et chaleureux fidele à l annonce. la dame de l accueil est tres sympa. la Bourboule est un bourg avec toutes les commodités commerciales et situé au milieu de nombreux sites à decouvrir. tres bon sejour, malgres la pluie.... on ne s est pas ennuyé !

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, entre amis, avec nos enfants. La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien aménagée et confortable pour un groupe de 9. Elle est très bien située, nous pouvions aller en centre ville à pied c'était l'idéal. Le garage pour les voitures est un gros plus. Les échanges avec le propriétaire et la personne chargée de l'accueil étaient très cordiaux. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Retrouvailles annuelles frères et soeur, ex curistes il y a .....plus de 50 ans
Pour la 2eme fois nous nous retrouvons les 6 freres et soeurs (3 et 3), de 59 a 68 ans ici a La Bourboule. Souvenirs un peu partage beaucoup. Notre aînée est ici "chez elle" meme si elle n'y habite pas. Le gîte etait parfait pour nous.

Séjour agréable
Nous avons passer un très bon séjour et nouvel an. Logement très bien aménager et tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants et accueillir un bébé. 2grandes terrasses cela donne envie d'y séjourner aux beaux jours. Il est également bien situer à deux pat du centre et du parc fenestre. Nous sommes content de notre séjour.

Séjour d'automne en famille à la Bourboule
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos trois enfants dans cette maison agréable, spacieuse, propre et bien équipée, idéalement située au centre de la Bourboule. Elle est très bien isolée, les lits sont confortables. La région est fantastique et permet de faire de très belles randonnées sans se déplacer bien loin, la visite des fermes et la dégustation des fromages locaux est bien sûr incontournable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible, nous recommandons cette location et y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Claire, spacieuse, très bien équipée et idéalement située pour les commerces et les sorties, cette location est parfaite pour découvrir l'Auvergne avec de nombreux accès routiers et des randonnées proches de toutes natures aux difficultés variées. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. A noter que la personne en charge de l’accueil est bienveillante et propose ses connaissances sur la région pour faciliter le séjour. En amont de la réservation, les informations du site et celles données par le propriétaires sont totalement exactes.

Avons passé une bonne semaine, ski, randonnées, promenades malgré le temps qui n'était pas au top. Maison très agréable, bien agencée, au calme bien qu'à quelques minutes du centre de La Bourboule. Nous avons apprécié l'équipement, tout à se servir jusqu'au plus petit instrument culinaire. Grand garage et belle buanderie, elle aussi bien agencée. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Alexandre. Location à conseiller.

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, confortable, bien équipée, aménagée et décorée avec goût. Idéalement située, elle permet d’accéder aux commerce de la Bourboule à pieds, fait un bon point de départ de plusieurs randonnées et permet d’accéder aux pistes du massif du Sancy en très peu de temps. Quel que soit le temps, il y a toujours quelque chose à faire! Bref, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L'accueil a été chaleureux et la maison est parfaitement située. De plus, le propriétaire nous avait laissé des notes concernant la région (balade et bon plan) qui se sont avérées très utiles. Tout les équipements mis à notre disposition étaient en parfait état et la maison était propre et agréable. En résumé : Excellent.
