"lovely friendly helpful staff, and the gentleman that was on reception when we arrived was most welcoming cheerful and spoke excellent English. the hotel is well located 2 mins walk to shops restaurants and bars and the town itself is about 10 min drive to ski slopes. the hotel was clean comfortable and charming with a superb restaurant, some parts in need of a little up-dating but overall depicts its architectural decade, and the musical entertainment and free aperitif was most enjoyable!"

"We contacted the owner beforehand to explain that we were traveling on a motorbike and needed linen (actually as we thought there was linen as it said " "linen provided". But obviously it means ALL linen provided on request - whatever we think that it was not clear. On our arrival very tired after travelling many miles we find no towels at all and not a bottom sheet. We had to purchase travel towels. Although everything else was provided we did not think 8 people could possibly sleep there as...

"Gite très bien placé à la bourboule, très proche d'un parc pour les enfants et très bien équipé. Parfait pour profiter des balades / randonnées et pour se retrouver avec la famille et les amis. Super accueil par les propriétaires, plein d'activités à faire en famille à la bourboule. Les salles de bains privatives dans chaque chambres sont un vrai plus !"
