"The house is nice designed and keep clean. However the wc in first floor was broken, there was no toilet seat on. It should be fixed or notified before we checked in. The worst part is we could get hold of owner till we contacted hotel.com with the check in guidance. The owner only replied our message a few hours before their FIXED check in time, to give us the location of the key. "

"This is a beautiful property in a stunning remote location. Unfortunately the experience was dampened due to several issues when we arrived at the property. 1. "Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet paper before going to the bathroom."
