This 210m² family home with the charm of seaside villas from the last century can accommodate up to 12 people and enjoys an ideal location for a family stay facing the sea and a stone's throw from the village. The villa literally overlooks “La Plage des Carrés” and offers a superb view of the Ocean.
The basement gives access to the fenced garden and consists of two double bedrooms (180 bed and 140 bed), a single bedroom (90 bed) with baby bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The ground floor has a suite (140 bed and shower room) and a dining room - living room with WIFI allowing everyone to meet again and then enjoy the view of the ocean and observe the sumptuous sunsets. (TV on site but no antenna, an HDMI cable is available) The independent kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a dishwasher, a dishwasher, a kettle and kitchenware. From the kitchen you can access the 20m² wooden terrace and thus enjoy the garden and the sea air.
