Beach Paradise
The Location is fantastic. Very easy to find but be aware of a one way system at some points. Free parking behind the apartment was a bonus. Our hosts Anne et Jacques were there to meet us and explained how everything worked very well. It’s a quiet location with no road in front, just an esplanade. The balcony is large with chairs, table, sun loungers looking out directly onto a beautiful sandy beach and the sea. The whole apartment is very well equipped and to a high standard. Lots of space and storage too. For a beach holiday it could not be better. Yards from the beach, safe and children friendly. We even bought a kite and took up what could be a new hobby. Thank you to Anne and Jacques for providing such a beautiful apartment and being great hosts

Very good location, nice guest.
Very good view, close to Le Pouliguen and La Baule. Nice appartment with what you need for a short stay. Silverware and cooking ustensil to be improved and upgraded. Very good beds.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung direkt an der Strandpromenade
Die Wohnung war perfekt für unseren Urlaub: in einem ruhigen Ortsteil von La Baule, direkt am Strand gelegen (keine Straße, nur die Promenade dazwischen), sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig, die Schlafzimmer waren trotz heißer Außentemperaturen (August 2022!) angenehm kühl, ein zur Wohnung gehöriger Parkplatz war ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Strand von La Baule ist sauber und familienfreundlich.

Great stay !
We spent a real great stay for a long weekend in this very nice, clean and well equipped appartement located in the best place to be in La Baule, the “Plage Benoit” district. The view on the La Baule bay is outstanding (without any road between the building and the beach). Anne and Jacques are very nice and helpful to make sure everything will be perfect for the stay. We particularly appreciated the small attentions such as providing few coffee caps or dishwasher tablets and even a bottle of sparkling wine and Guerande famous salt. We really recommend this place ! Location faite fin mai 2019 Communication facile avec les propriétaires pour préparer notre séjour. Une arrivée avec un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé par les propriétaires. L'appartement possède une terrasse agréable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer ! L'appartement correspond aux photos : qualité de confort, soin et propreté sont au rendez-vous.
