"Stayed here during the 75th anniversary of d-day. On arrival didn't know how to check in but was not a problem as owner lives next door. Great location to easily get to other places. Resident chickens in the garden made our stay welcoming and interesting. One day owner left us fresh eggs and on the last night of our stay left us a bottle of wine and biscuits. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back."

"Property was lovely and clean, directions to property was not very clear, we found the road ok but no clear directions/signposting to the property, we drove around for half an hour, sought directions from the local campsite and very kind local man guided us there on his bicycle. Property was nice clean but to our tastes the decor was a bit dated . "

"We enjoyed the relaxing location just outside Le Molay Littry. It's 50mins from Caen in countryside like Cornwall, but without the people! We weren't aware it's right next to a cow farm but they weren't a bother, but there are a lot of flies,which we got used to. The house is a little sparsely furnished but spacious. "We had a lovely stay at Maison de Campagne. Jerome and Veronique met us on arrival and were lovely hosts. "We had a lovely stay here for 10 days which felt very much like a home from home. The house was spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and felt safe and secure in a small village Baudre. We visited all the Normandy landing beaches, the American Cemetery, Overload and D-Day Experience museums, Pointe de Hoc, Maisy battery, Pegasus Bridge and Caretan which were all 35 to 60 mins drive. We didn't make it to Mont St Michel. There were no real facilities in the hamlet but St Lo was only 5...
