"Our 3rd stay which says it all really. Lovely villa in peaceful location without being remote. Pity abouf the weather for this trip but the games room came in very handy. Well equipped with quality items. Not the normal rental basic equipment. Hope to repeat next year ! "

"We came on holiday September 2024 as a family of 9 guests. When booking the Villa we thought the pictures and write up looked great for our needs. But the Villa was even more impressive than the photos could portray. Very clean and well maintained. Bedrooms well spaced out across the Villa and lots of social areas, so we never felt cramped. "We had a lovely stay for 2 weeks in August 2024. The villa was perfect for 2 families, plenty of space for everyone individually but also to all be together. The pool was a good size for the group (5 adults and 5 kids) and all the things we needed, plus extras, were there for us to use. Location was great, 5 mins to lovely beach and a few beach bars, 5 mins the other way a shop and cafe with all essentials but also lovely food and fresh pastries at a great price! "We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the new year holiday. The accommodations were as described and very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for home cooking. The house had not been occupied for some time before our arrival and was cold, but the mini split devices in each room were effective for heating. Working with the owner and the house manager, Emma, was very convenient and clear. If we returned to the area, we would consider staying at the property again. "

"Lovely villa for a family getaway. Beautiful beach 10 minutes away, do need a rental car. Good supermarket in Castro Marim. We had the master bedroom the bathroom was a bit grimy round the wall edges but on whole a lovely holiday"

"The villa certainly did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and particularly loved the outdoor areas with the lovely pool, hot tub, wraparound terrace with 2 outdoor tables, a number of sunbeds, umbrellas for shade and BBQ. The games room provided plenty of entertainment too. A very quiet area with a cluster of villas in the vicinity but not so close as to disturb each other.
