"The property itself has so much potential. The listing says the property has a private beach but there is absolutely no private beach. There is a beach about 10 minute walk which is good. The rooms are not soundproof at all… next door at 10am there was a couple engaging in some “adult” activities and everything could be heard which made my family very uncomfortable. "Basic clean rooms in a great location. The owner was helpful and pleasant however she smoked in the front office which was disappointing as the property was listed as smoke free throughout. You could smell the smoke in the corridor when entering the rooms. "
