Cet appartement se situe dans une résidence très récente, avec une vue magnifique, très calme. L’accueil réalisé par Sylvie, d’une gentillesse remarquable et bonne conseillère sur les visites et restaurants, est appréciable. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont à disposition. Superbe appartement !
Superbe appartement : tout est neuf, propre, très spacieux, très bien équipé. La résidence est calme et très bien située , proche de l'Ile Rousse (environ 1 km mais voiture conseillée car côte assez raide) et du supermarché. La ville est dynamique (boutiques, restaurants,animations ...) et la région est très belle.Enfin, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques : panier garni en cadeau de bienvenue , permission d'intégrer un peu plus tôt (car nous avons de jeunes enfants). Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

Très agréable séjour à l'île rousse
Nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux à l'Île Rousse le logement est idéalement situé à 10 min des plages . Les propriétaires ont de super adresse (plage resto ect...) Nous avons pu profiter d'une vue direct sur la mer tout en prenant notre déjeuner sur la terrasse ! L'appartement est neuf et ne manque de rien. Je le recommande. Le village est très sympa avec le marché tour les matins de produits locaux. Une semaine parfaite et avec le soleil et la chaleur !

Super !
Vue identique aux photos présentes sur le site, appartement tout équipé, neuf et très propre! Les propriétaires sont super, joignable à n'importe quel moment, très disponibles et très gentils. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, les plages sont à 5 minutes et le centre ville à 2min. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation dans ce bel appartement l'année prochaine. Merci !

Très bon séjour et très beau logement
Logement neuf et propre dans résidence haut standing, au calme, très belle vue sur la mer et les plages de Balagne. Très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, machine à laver...) Propriétaires disponibles et facilement joignable, Sylvie, la "concierge" est très agréable et se rend disponible dès que possible. Nous conseillons cet appartement et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Mr et Mme Moreau.

Appartement spacieux avec vue imprenable
Magnifique appartement, conforme aux photos, bien équipé avec vue face à la mer. Seul petit bémol, pas de connexion internet comme annoncé dans le descriptif, ce qui peut être gênant quand on a des enfants étudiants. Notre fille qui est enseignante souhaitait préparer ses cours, ce qui n'a pas été possible mais sans gravité. Merci encore à Mr et Mme LEMAIRE pour leur délicate attention et à Sylvie la concierge, pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous somme ravis de notre séjour à l'Ile Rousse et nous recommanderons cette adresse. Laurent F

Appartement très agréable et très bien aménagé
Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et s adaptent a vos demandes spécifiques. L'appartement est situé sur les hauts de l'île rousse avec une vue imprenable dans une résidence neuve. Un peu de bruit à l'époque de notre venue car encore des travaux de terrassement mais sinon aucun bruit dans la résidence. L'appartement est très spacieux pour 5 ou 6 personnes . Une seule SDB mais grande. Très bon séjour et de belles soirées sur la très belle et grande terrasse . A renouveler .
