"Great location for Vendee Globe activities. Parked the car when I got there and did not use it again until I left. Room was good, what I thought I would get. Only minor issues were that there didn’t seem to be much ventilation other than the window, so a shower made it extremely humid in the room, and it was hard to shower without putting a lot of water on the bathroom floor."

"Reviews (bots?) are misleading. The bathroom was dirty and a bug came out of the toilet paper dispenser. The room was tiny with no amenities and the breakfast was sad. I would not recommend this property. However the location.was good. "

"Le séjour était bien. Le restaurant en demi pension assez bien. Chambre linge de lit propre, serviettes aussi par contre poussière non faite : support papier toilette plein de poussière, dessus de télévision et tête de lit aussi. Vitres de la chambre non faite depuis longtemps (chambre 229) Piscine un peu fraîche. Jacuzzi en panne durant tout le séjour alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son jacuzzi "

Perfectly Petit

"Excellent use of small space to make comfortable apartment for 2. Well located by beach,shops,parking. Warm,light and quiet. Well equipped kitchen except lacking cafetiere ,coffee pod machine in its place. Clean bathroom and efficient shower. Plenty of cleaning equipment Comfortable bed but lack of headspace may worry some people. Small outdoor space very welcome. Owners of the flat met us to explain facilities and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and snacks. We were very happy with the booking and contact with the owner. We"

It’s a condo!

"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces l. They are tiny. And we had no idea that we needed a parking reservation, but you do. And you are expected to clean up when you leave, taking sheets off the beds, and taking the trash to the disposals outside. We don’t require a lot, and everything was functional and clean. I would stay there again. I was just expecting something different. "

"We spent three nights here - were very happy with the room’s comfort and cleanliness. Our view out the window was awesome, although we didn’t discover the outer motorized shade to block the street lamps until the second night! Great location with tons of restaurants and easy access to the beach and the delightful old town. "
