Welcome to our charming T2+ Tinyhouse style apartment, ideally located in the heart of a seaside village, close to a nature reserve and its Pampin marsh: L'houmeau, 1300 metres from a pebble beach and 4000 metres from the Ile de Ré bridge and its fine sandy beaches, and 5 minutes by car from La Rochelle (15 minutes by bike).

You'll love its ideal location and calm.
Whether you're coming as a couple, with children or friends, our T2 plus mezzanine of 25 m2, and its large terrace of 30 m2, is the perfect place to stay and discover La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré, just a stone's throw from a nature reserve where you can watch the marsh birds and walk to a pebble beach, or cycle over the bridge (free of charge) and discover the fine sandy beaches of the Ile de Ré.
You're also 15 minutes from the centre of La Rochelle and its aquarium via the cycle paths. The village centre with its shops is 2 minutes away by car, 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike.

Our air-conditioned T2+ Tinyhouse has been carefully designed to offer you all the comfort you need during your stay. It can accommodate up to four people, and has a private enclosed parking space next to the ground-floor bedroom.

The flat
As you will have realised, what makes our accommodation special is its original layout and its large west-facing terrace/garden.
It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea air.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, air-conditioned space, with a bedroom fitted out with very comfortable bedding (Bultex mattresses). Above the kitchen, after climbing the steps of the staircase furniture, you'll access a mezzanine, behind a set of moucharabieh panels, to a low-ceilinged bedroom (130 cm) with a 140 cm double bed.There is a fully-equipped kitchen and a modern, fully-tiled bathroom with a large glass-enclosed shower and double washbasin, all in a warm, modern atmosphere.

You can also enjoy Netflix on an adjustable Android smart TV. The decor is tasteful, and everything has been thought of to make your stay a pleasant one (coffee maker, microwave oven, phone charger socket, wifi internet, etc.).

Whether you want to explore the city of La Rochelle, relax on the beach, visit the charming little port of Le Plomb and its restaurants, or discover the Ile de Ré, our studio/tinyhouse is the perfect place for your stay.
